We collect only what we need to deliver leads/CRM features, wallet transactions, and account security. We do not sell your personal information.
1) Information We Collect
Data used to run the app and provide lead-trading + CRM services.
Account & Profile
- Name, email, phone number (for login & communication).
- Profile settings, preferences (e.g., notifications).
Leads & CRM
- Lead details you post, buy, unlock, and manage in CRM.
- Notes, status updates (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting, etc.).
Wallet & Payments
- Wallet balance, add/withdraw transactions, invoices/receipts.
- Payment identifiers required by payment partners (as applicable).
Device & Usage
- Device info (model, OS), app version, crash logs, basic analytics.
- IP address / approximate location (for fraud prevention & compliance).
KYC (If enabled)
If KYC is required for withdrawals or compliance, we may collect identity information as per applicable regulations and partner requirements.
2) How We Use Your Information
We use data to provide core app functionality and improve reliability.
To deliver services
Account login, lead posting, buying/unlocking leads, CRM workflow, and in-app support.
To process payments
Add money, withdrawals, wallet ledger, refunds (if applicable).
To secure the platform
Prevent fraud, detect abuse, protect users, enforce policies.
To improve the app
Bug fixes, crash monitoring, performance optimization, feature enhancements.

Update profile information and CRM notes anytime.
Notifications
Enable/disable notifications in Profile → Preferences.
Deletion / Closure
Request account deletion by contacting support (some records may be retained for compliance).
