This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage your information inside PropSignup.

Summary

We collect only what we need to deliver leads/CRM features, wallet transactions, and account security. We do not sell your personal information.

1) Information We Collect

Data used to run the app and provide lead-trading + CRM services.

Account & Profile

  • Name, email, phone number (for login & communication).
  • Profile settings, preferences (e.g., notifications).

Leads & CRM

  • Lead details you post, buy, unlock, and manage in CRM.
  • Notes, status updates (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting, etc.).

Wallet & Payments

  • Wallet balance, add/withdraw transactions, invoices/receipts.
  • Payment identifiers required by payment partners (as applicable).

Device & Usage

  • Device info (model, OS), app version, crash logs, basic analytics.
  • IP address / approximate location (for fraud prevention & compliance).

KYC (If enabled)

If KYC is required for withdrawals or compliance, we may collect identity information as per applicable regulations and partner requirements.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use data to provide core app functionality and improve reliability.

To deliver services

Account login, lead posting, buying/unlocking leads, CRM workflow, and in-app support.

To process payments

Add money, withdrawals, wallet ledger, refunds (if applicable).

To secure the platform

Prevent fraud, detect abuse, protect users, enforce policies.

To improve the app

Bug fixes, crash monitoring, performance optimization, feature enhancements.

3) When We Share Information

We share only when needed to run the service or comply with law.

With service providers

Payment processors, SMS/email providers, analytics/crash tools (as applicable).

With other users (lead workflow)

When a user unlocks a lead, relevant contact/lead details are shared to enable communication and completion of the transaction.

For legal reasons

If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights/safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

We also do not share data for third-party advertising without your consent.

4) Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for app-server communication.
  • Access control and audit logging for sensitive actions.
  • Monitoring for suspicious activity and abuse patterns.
No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards based on risk and industry best practices.

5) Your Choices & Rights

You can manage your data and preferences from inside the app.

Access / Update

Update profile information and CRM notes anytime.

Notifications

Enable/disable notifications in Profile → Preferences.

Deletion / Closure

Request account deletion by contacting support (some records may be retained for compliance).
